Chapter 1: I was in the private jet, high in the air, with my dad, heading to Hawaii in a terrible storm, rain pounding on the roof when it happened, I saw a bolt of lightning, heard a crash of thunder, the plane dips. I'm feeling scared now, another bolt flashed outside, and the thunder was louder than before, making me even more scared. I was shouting to the pilot “Are we okay!” The pilot did not speak “Please answer me!” The plane dipped again, even scarier this time, making me tighten my seatbelt around my waist hoping that I won’t be flung across the fuselage, but my strong arms and my seatbelt were keeping me on my seat. Another bolt of lightning shot past the plane making it wobble like an earthquake in the sky. The plane dipped even more wildly than before, “It's nearly crashed into the sea now, I hope that it won't dip again.” As soon as I thought that it dipped again, this time the plane crashed into the ocean, water rising. I heard the pilot scream, luckily I managed to get out the plane through a cracked window into the cold sea. I went unconscious for a while, and when I finally woke up I was surprised to find myself on a small island, It was going to be a while.
Chapter 2: I shiver, I’m sinking into hot sand. I hate that feeling. I never liked playing in the sand.
I slowly get up. I scream in pain. A horrible pain shoots through my leg. I try getting up again. Even slower than last time. I finally pull myself up.
I look around, a bizarre sunlight beamed on me and then stopped, and then starts again. The black clouds keep slowly moving past the boiling sun. I try hobble to a shady palm tree.
I slowly crouch down to the ground. Then I move my head sideways. A terrifying sight is standing still in front of me.
It looks like a navy plane who fights in the army and has been shot into pieces. Its bits and pieces are are slowly drifting in the water, swaying side to side like paper floating down from the sky. I study the crashed plane. The windows has been smashed, the white paint has been scraped off and one off the wings have snapped right off. I don’t understand what’s happening. BOING. I suddenly jump up higher than a giant. Could it be, could it be the plane that I crashed in. I try run over to the plane.
The door is shut. I use my strong arms to pull the door open. It won’t budge. It’s even too strong for my muscular arms. I peer into the smashed window.
A tear develops in my eye and slides down my dirty face. Inside I see my dad. He is covered in red blood and a metal stake has stabbed him through his heart. More salty tears start to stream down my face. Is this how it all ends, I’m stranded on an Island and there’s no one to help?
The sun’s hot, I need to move.
So I hobble over to the jungle. I limp inside the green biome and there was a sheet of trees. This is a nice place to relax with a shade of a million palm trees and a cold breezy wind.
brush some of the palms they feel like the soft tuff of a wooly sheep. There are so many features on this island, in the middle of nowhere.
I stare up at the sky, the sun is blinding.
I suddenly look down and in front of me is a wonderful sight….. of a huge purple berry. It’s on a bush, it’s covered in berries!. I pull the one of the juicy purple berries off and bring the huge feast closer to my eyes. Then I sniff it like a dog. It smells horrible and the taste could be the same but I had to eat the feast otherwise I’d die of starvation. I take a little bit of which is about the size of a green sweet pea. I slowly drag it to my mouth. I put it in. It tastes like… my brain then tells me to spit it out, immediately. I never got to taste it. I put it back in, my tongue suddenly goes numb. I begin to feel dizziness swell up inside me. I stumble around banging into a couple of trees.
I try to keep walking ahead. I feel too dizzy to continue. I need to sit down, I need water, I need food. I fall to the ground and lie there. I’m lying down in a nightmare.
The sun is completely burning my head off, I need some food that I can actually eat and I need fresh water.
I breath heavily and my eyes snap shut!
Chapter 3: I wake up and find an odd looking hut covered in moss and spider webs, that was completely deserted, with the big triangular roof going so high it made it look taller than Mount Everest. The hut also has no doors, bits are peeling off by the second and there are vines all over the hut. I explore the hut a bit and find some strange looking objects, I go to to touch one of them. It is a strangely shaped pearl that looks a bit like as volcano that is white and is hanging from the roof. I hear a crunch and find myself falling through mid-air into a room full of sand, where on earth am I? I wonder. What is going on? I’m coming closer and closer to a big, soft pile of burning sand. Which is stacked as high as Big Ben.
“OUCH!!!” I yelp. When I hit the sand it feels like a million scorpions stinging me because the sand is so hot. I looked under my shirt and saw my back was covered in brown marks. “Looks like I had a little tan” I said to myself. I wander around the place just finding sand, sand and more sand. There is nothing else, no water or T.V. you name it. I wonder what a strange and mysterious place would be doing here on the island. Suddenly, out of nowhere I hear a voice boom around the room. It frightened me so much I jumped out of my skin. “WHO’S THAT GOBSCROBER THERE!” The voice boomed. “JACK!” I called back. “WHAT ARE YOU, AND WHERE ARE YOU! I screamed in terror “I’M A GOD!”
Chapter 4:My mouth collapsed open, my eyes wide open. I was speechless for a few seconds, a million things were scrambling around in my mind. I gasped, my heart was beating faster and faster it was like I just had a super powered energy drink from the future. “What you doing on island” the god said with a deep croaky voice. My toes went numb again “uh uh” no words would come out of my mouth. “I crash landed on this island” I replied.“ Can you help me” I shouted “depends what do you want” the god replied “ give me food and fresh water” I said “No but I can teach you how to survive” “ okay I guess we could do that” I replied. “Okay first do you see that curved map on the wall there” the god said to jack “that map has all the places where there is fresh water screams and rivers on the island” the god replied “ okay” I said as strolled towards the map.“Now how to make a bamboo spear and a fishing line from flax” the god said I looked around the hut “well where's the bamboo and the flax” I asked looking confused suddenly right before his eyes sticks of bamboo appeared and flax my eyes went wide open it was almost as like a fake halloween eye balls. “How did you do that I asked in a faint soft voice still staring at the bamboo and flax “ I'm a god I'm magic” Unknown replied .A few hours later the god had taught jack how to climb high trees, make a shelter, make a fire and wheres all the good fruit. “thank you for you help unknown. Then something suddenly rumbled “Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr” my stomach went it was like an earthquake “ what was that was that” Unknown asked with a loud breezy voice “sorry that was my stomach I’m very hungry could I have some food now” I replied. “Now that you know how to find food you must do it yourself” okay but how do get out of the hut” I asked looking around there was now door or way out “I will return you back to the island but the golden rule” I went wide eyed again “ do not go north to the edge of the island there is a sacred forbidden land there you must promise to never go there” Unknown said with a cool voice “I promise I will never disturb your sacred” said Unknown shouted. In an instant I vanised it felt like screached and twisted as I made my way out of the hut.
Chapter 5: I stood dumfounded outside of the hut. “ Was that real?” Yes it was I decided. A great rumbling sound echoed around the forest. I realised I hadn't had any food since the plane ride. It might be best to try one of the techniques that the god had taught me. I looked at my surroundings and saw a path in the distance that lead to some fallen bamboo. I picked some up and made sure it was sturdy. I found a sharp jagged rock and used it to cut some loose seams on my T-shirt and I tied the rock to the bamboo with the seams. I hobbled over to a stream of blue sparkling water. I could clearly see silver shapes that frockled in the water. “Fish,” I was so hungry I could try to eat the dreaded purple berry so I was really relieved when I saw the fish. Though it wasn't like normal fish I the sliver shapes turned to a slimy green colour then changed to blood red. I didn't know how it would taste but I hope it would taste good. I got my makeshift spear and stabbed the water and hoped to catch one of the colour changing fish but instead I nipped a baby's tail that couldn't catch up to his mother. What annoyed me the most is the fact that he had scared all the other fish away now. They would come back soon but I was too hungry to wait. I wandered other further on down the stream alert for any sign of food. I passed heaps of fruit up in trees but my hunger made me to exhausted that I could barely walk let alone climb a tree. Then a huge surge of relief covered me as I saw in a clearing a huge bush with berries the size of a tennis balls. They were so green they camouflaged easily with the bush, I had to squint to see them probably. The only thing that gave them away was there bright yellow seeds. Some people might think they weren't ripe but I knew were. Then I remembered that the God had told him not to eat the berries but I was so hungry that I had to eat something. There were so many berries that I was sure he wouldn't notice if I ate just one berry. I carefully picked off one berry.I gently popped the berry in my mouth. I slowly chewed. It was amazing. The taste made me want to jump up and down. A huge smile spread across my face. My grin reached ear to ear. It was spectacular, wonderful. I popped one in my mouth then another and another...
Chapter 6: “Great googly wooglies!” Came a booming voice from out of nowhere “Great pickeley timberoos! What a sneaky little thief he is!” Said the voice in a roar. “That frogseem little rat stealing my things’ What was that? I thought. BOOM thunder crashed and the waves of the sea sprung high into the air and crashed down with a splash and the salty sea water hit my face, i spit it out as soon as it touched my mouth like if it was moldy cheese covered in rotten eggs i just hate sea water.I walk around trying to get the last bit of the seawater out of my mouth i’m wondering what just happened, is it just a normal storm or was something weird happening? I settled down in a fresh patch of grass under a very tall tree to try and get some shelter then I think… the tiki hut of course I should have thought of that a long time ago. I get up and sprint to the hut i fling the door knob open but the door stayed shut i knock on door puzzled can I come in? “not in a billion trillion thousand years” what I thought “w..why?” I say in a confused voice “You has really disappointed me” He growled in anger. Oh no I thought, is it because of the berries,“I shall never help you again” He boomed “out now right in a gifferidoo”.I sadly walk out, a tear rolls down my cheek and everything outside had all changed no more fish, the rivers were overflowing, the fruit were brown, a tree had fallen down. more tears rolled down my face i don’t get why Unknown was so angry.
Chapter 7:I settled down among the dusty ,crumbly sand and sighed with disappointment . I think back and suddenly understand why it made Unknown so mad. Big gooey drops of sweat come rolling down my cheeks like a ball and I wipe it away with my hands, slowly I push my sweaty hands against the sand and push myself up. Sand had stuck to my palms so I brushed them against my legs. I walked over to the big palm tree because it shaded some sand and sit down … quickly I leaped of the sand a said “ why don't I ask Unknown what he would like me to do “ . I sprint across the sand pushing it behind me and start to think what to say “hi ,hello, so many options” ,I think while I’m running. When I arrive at the tiki hut, I see Unknown with his voice swirling all around the tiki hut so I poke my head through the sandy hole. Unknown sees the edge of my eye and I see his so I duck up and out. I start running away but Unknown beats me because he whooshes through a crack in the wood tiki hut that's he whooshes all the way until he is opposite me and booms“WHAT DOES YOU WANTING”. I patiently take a step back getting even more scared then when I crashed landed on this island. My lips quiver and say “I- I- wanted to-to know if you wanted anything since I took the berries GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!. I ran away and I was out of breath and my neck ached from looking behind me to see if the god was staring at me from behind. I did a sharp turn straight behind the tiki hut to lose the god I find myself standing on the sacred land and start to think. I brake of a branch because leaves drip on to my head like rain. When I broke off the branch it gives me an idea i continue break off more. Streams of light shine onto the land, “just what i wanted”i think . My idea grows “i’ll weed the plants”,”water the garden” and “continue to break off branches” I say. The land looks amazing when I leave. When I walk back I think what unknown would think about my kindness, I wonder.
Chapter 8: Everything was silenced by the gods anger. I was worried.“YOU IS RAGING ME” the god bellowed in anger making the thunder and rain sound like the Earth was collapsing on the roof. The god was looking down in pure anger at me“i'm so so sorry” “GET OUT!!!” shouted the god. I walked out of the tiki hut I walked on the sand reflecting on my mistakes then i realised what I had to do.Later that afternoon I asked the god if he could come outside and see something “I have realised my mistakes and i wish you can forgive me for what i have done, come outside” i said “i want to show you something”. The god and I went outside to have a look at what i had done “you has watered my ikity berry bush and you is pulling the twiggys off the gooble tree to let the light in.You has also weeded my ground” “I is thanking you very much” said the god. “let us walk inside the tiki hut”. When we got inside the god made me a lovely drink “you is enjoying your drink” “yes” I said in happily “you can go now if yous want”. I left the land and got onto the beach I walked along the soft hot sand.
It was time to return back to the tiki hut and learn more. When I arrived down in the magical land I learnt more and more until I was fully sorted to survive on this island “you is wishing to leave now” “yes” i said enjoying the last drips of my pina colada “you is sorted” said the god. I thanked the god gratefully. I walked along the beach it was lovely I had finally got the god to forgive me.The wind was rattling through the trees making me feel dizzy. Then BAM i fell. The god called in my dreams while i was knocked out “you has to come”.
Chapter 9: My feet pounded on the soft sand. I was hobbling towards the hut where the god was expecting me. “Goes to the beach and creates fire.” Said the god, “Why?” I asked
“Now!!” The god boomed furiously and a huge burst of flames covered the hut,but I knew`that the flames wouldn't hurt me “ Um,” the flames started to calm down that the god was listening to me, “thanks again.” then I turned and limped to the larder, but stopped when I heard his voice.“ You're welcome.” I smiled to myself and carried on limping to the larder “Want a lift.” the god asked starting to be a little more cheerful. “ Yes please, thanks.”A of silver wind filled the hut and when it dyed I was under the blazing sun. “Boy, am I hungry.” I said out loud shading my eyes. “ I’ll start the fire, for some reason.” I murmured while collecting some sti “ AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!” I screamed at the sight of big red rocks crashed onto the island. I quickly threw myself over to the side as one landed on my pile of sticks.I tried to stand up and run but instead I fell to the sand again. “ow!!” I yelled as I pulled myself over to a safer place under some trees.I pulled out of my hiding place and saw it. I saw it running down. I saw big, blobs, of lava! “oh no.” I said frantically “ I must get to the hut” I mumbled. I pulled myself up and limped over to the hut, dodging the balls of rock smashing to the sand and spraying me. When I had reached the hut I collapsed on the door puffing. When I had my breath back I opened the door and went to see the god and tell him to stop all this commotion. Meanwhile a plane had spotted the volcano and was coming to investigate. “go to the beach and I will make sure that the rock will not hurt you.”I ran outside and waited on the beach. I felt more came that the rocks would not hurt me. I covered my eyes as I heard a whizzing sound, I couldn't see what was making that sound but I did see a shadow that made me surprised. It had wings and a tail and was not a bird.I started screaming at the driver telling him that I was down here. The plane turned around and I gave up, but came back and landed on the other side of the island.I hobbled over to the plane and found the driver staring at me. “ What are you doing here?” asked the driver, he had a deep voice “ pack your things and lets go.” I walked to the hut and told the god I was going “ take a ikity berry and plant it in your garden.” Said the god “Okay, bye the way thanks for everything” I replied “ When you plant the berry, first take the seed out and hold it in your hand. Then you can talk to me.” “ Ok, I’ll talk to you.” I said sad to be leaving, but trying not to show it.I limped out of the hut. “ where is all your stuff?” The driver said deeply. “Got nothing.” He nodded, got back into the driver's seat, and started the engine. I climbed into the passenger seat and where we left off and headed home.
